No bake Bars

Ingredients

1 cup honey

1/2 cup wheat germ or oat bran

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup grape nuts

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

2 cups quick oats

1 cup smooth peanut butter

2 1/2 oz plain protein powder

1 cup raisins


Directions

Mix all ingredients & chill to set. Makes 24 bars.

Suggestion: Freeze bars for later use by placing individually servings into freezer-safe snack-sized Ziploc® bags. Freeze for up to 3 months.

Per Serving (1 bar): 194 calories, 9g fat, 25g carbs, 2g fiber, 7g protein
