Everyday Chicken Breasts

MAKES 15 SERVINGS

Ingredients

4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. lemon juice

¾ tsp. ground black pepper

½ tsp. granulated garlic

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. oregano

½ tsp. kosher salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Brush each chicken breast with olive oil and lemon juice.

  3. Combine pepper, granulated garlic, paprika, oregano and salt. Sprinkle evenly over chicken.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Suggestions: Enjoy chicken hot out of the oven and/or cool leftovers and add them to other dishes such as wraps or salads. This recipe can also be grilled.
