Cherry Almond Overnight Oats

¼ cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

2/3 cup 1% lowfat milk

1/3 cup Fage 2% Plain Greek Yogurt

1 Tbl chia seeds

1 Tbl honey, agave, maple syrup etc

¼ tsp almond extract

½ cup frozen, pitted cherries

Combine all ingredients in 8-oz mason jar (or other container). Refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days; enjoy chilled.
