Cherry Chia Yogurt

Ingredients

1 tbsp. chia seeds

½ cup frozen unsweetened cherries

6 oz. vanilla Greek yogurt (like Siggi’s)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and let set for at least 10-15 minutes. The consistency with get thicker the longer you allow the mixture to sit.
