Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

MAKES 4 SERVINGS

Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey

8 oz. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped

1 onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce (*Liquid Aminos for gluten-free)

¼ tsp. black pepper

¼ cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together ground turkey, mushrooms, onion, soy sauce and black pepper. Form into 4 patties.

  3. Lightly oil grill grate. Place patties on the grill and cook 10 minutes per side or until well done. Top with blue cheese during the last few minutes of cooking.
